High-Temperature Sintered Fade-Proof Colored Sand

Sintered colored sand, also known as high-temperature sintered colored sand or ceramic colored sand, is a high-end decorative material that uses a high-temperature ceramic sintering process to color selected quartz sand. Its core lies in using high temperatures (usually above 800℃) to fuse inorganic ceramic glazes with the surface of the quartz sand, forming a strong and dense colored ceramic layer.

Product Introduction 

Sintered colored sand is made by using natural sand particles such as quartz and limestone as the main aggregate, adding a colored inorganic coating composed of inorganic silicate binders, inorganic high-temperature colorants and active oxide binders, and then sintering it at high temperature.

Main specifications

1.Production process.It generally consists of four steps: stirring, preheating, calcination, and cooling. After the raw materials are mixed and stirred in a certain proportion, they are preheated and calcined in a preheating drum and a calcination drum using hot air provided by a hot air furnace, and finally cooled to produce the final product.

2.Common particle sizes (mesh): 8-12 mesh (coarse), 12-20 mesh, 20-40 mesh (most common), 40-80 mesh (fine), 80-120 mesh (extremely fine).

3.Color: Standard color card provided; custom colors are usually available.

4.Packaging: 25kg/bag, ton bags, etc., or can be repackaged according to customer requirements.
